M3 Champions 2025: Annual Golf Trip Recap
Another year, another great trip up to Garland Lodge & Golf Resort. Sixteen golfers, two teams of eight, and 72 hole played over 3 days —it doesn’t get much better than that. The annual battle for the M3 Trophy once again delivered plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and some golf that ranged from impressive to… let’s just say “memorable.”
Early on, Team Mullens looked like they were in full control. Led by Bryan Sandzik, who practically carried the squad on his back for the first three days, Team Mullens built up a big 9-point lead heading into the final round. At that point, most thought the trophy was already decided.
But the final day told a different story. Team Lembas came out sharp and kept the pressure on all day long. Slowly but surely, the lead started to shrink. By the back nine, it was clear things were going to come down to the wire.
In the end, Team Lembas completed the comeback, wiping away the deficit and sneaking out with the win to take home the title of M3 Champions.
The trophy might be sitting with Team Lembas for now, but the trip—as always—was about more than just the score. Great golf, plenty of stories, and another set of memories that will carry until next year’s rematch.
