Apparel Purchases

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing apparel from Vire Golf, you (the "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your purchase is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.

2. Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer refund and exchanges with 30 days of receiving products.  There is a 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost is at buyer’s expense. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit, subject to availability.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
  • The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing a purchase.

4. Exchanges & Defective Items

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items received.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted to sales@viregolf.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on the Company’s part.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs before production.
  • The Company is not responsible for errors approved by the Customer.

Golf Outing – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Participating in a Vire golf event/outing, you (the “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your participation is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. However, if a registered Participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to sales@viregolf.com at least 5 days before the event.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

The Participant acknowledges that golf is a potentially hazardous activity and assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to weather conditions, course conditions, and interactions with other participants. The Participant hereby waives, releases, and holds harmless Vire Golf, its sponsors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and the golf course facility from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Event.

4. On-Course Behavior & Etiquette

All Participants are expected to adhere to proper golf etiquette and conduct, including but not limited to:

  • Respecting the golf course, staff, and fellow players.
  • Refraining from inappropriate language, behavior, or actions that could harm others.
  • Following all course rules and regulations, including dress code and pace of play guidelines.
  • Not consuming outside alcoholic beverages; only alcohol purchased from the course is permitted.
  • Adhering to any additional instructions provided by event organizers and course officials.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

5. Weather & Event Modifications

The Event will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the golf course management or event organizers. In the case of inclement weather, an alternative date may be scheduled, or rain checks may be issued at the discretion of the event organizers. No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations or modifications.

6. Photography & Media Release

By participating in the Event, you grant Vire Golf permission to use any photographs, videos, or media taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or fundraising purposes without compensation or prior approval.

7. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vire Golf, its affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from their participation in the Event.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing the registration, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in disqualification from the Event without a refund.

 

Service Purchases

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services from the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. Your purchase is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Appointments & Cancellations

  • If purchasing a service, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the required notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided to the Customer.

3. Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using our services, the Customer assumes all risks associated with their use. The Company is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding associated with our services are the intellectual property of Vire Golf and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

5. Privacy Policy

The Company respects your privacy. Customer information collected during purchase will only be used for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications (if opted in). We do not share or sell personal information.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
